There are a two basics that all instructors, leaders of the trainings, must follow; trainings must be held at an official training facility, and no more than two instructors are allowed to host.

You can find all the current official training facilities and permitted officers here.

For additional advice and technique on trainings, refer to this guide here.

SECTION III

When holding a training the instructor must post on the wall in the following format, depending if the training is official or unofficial and what type of training is being held;

[TRAINING//OFFICIAL -or- UNOFFICIAL//NORMAL -or- BATTLEFIELD -or- DEFENCE] Main Body Text; Link, Additional Text.
*example; “[TRAINING//OFFICIAL//NORMAL] Come in uniform and line up; roblox.com/example_link, no talking upon entry.”

Official trainings may be shouted, however, unofficial trainings can only be shouted if converted to an official training. A minimum of eight trainees is required to start the training, officers do not count as trainees.

//ADMINISTRATIVE POWERS//

Instructors, either of an official or unofficial training, are the only permitted people to use admin. Being allowed to use admin is a privilege, realize that it can be taken away. When enforcing admin, as a punishment, the officer must state a reason.
*example; “:crash player1”,”:trolling”

When enforcing rules, a minimum of one warning must be given before punishment. If the instructor wishes to hold a disciplined training, were no warnings are given, it must state so in the wall post.

Anyone caught misusing his/her admin, must be reported to the Training Department. Punishment procedures of misusing admin are as followed;
i. First offence, warning and suspension.
ii. Second offence, revaluation of permit and indefinite suspension.
iii. Third offence, permit revoked and possible demotion of rank.

SECTION V

//OFFICIAL TRAININGS//
Official trainings may only be held by permitted officers. Recommendations may be awarded at official trainings, however, the amount awarded cannot exceed three. The instructor may choose not to give out any recommendations if he/she feels it was not earned. Anyone of the rank Captain or higher may assist in official trainings.

//UNOFFICIAL TRAININGS//
Unofficial trainings may be held by any officer rank.Recommendations may not be given out at unofficial trainings, unless converted. If the instructor of the unofficial training is a Captain or higher, it may be converted to an official training by a permitted officer; this must be done before the training begins. Lieutenants may not use admin unless supervised by a Major or higher. Any officer rank may assist in unofficial trainings.

//DEFENCE TRAININGS//
Defence trainings, also known as practice raiding, can only be held at the specified fort. Defence trainings may be held by Captains or higher, and may be assisted by any officer rank. If a Major is hosting a defence training, he/she may award one recommendation to a soldier whom is a Staff Sergeant.

SECTION VI

A training permit allows for an officer to hold official trainings and reward recommendations. Anyone from the rank Captain through Major may earn a permit.

An officer must be recommended to the Training Department, by a permitted Major or higher rank, before they can earn a permit. This recommendation may only be earned during an official training. Because only one recommendation is needed, those who meet the highest standards; following the guide, showing great leadership, etc, will more than likely be recommended.

It is the solemn responsibility of all permitted Majors and higher ranks to report recommendations to the Training Department. Recommendations should not be given due to popularity, friendship, bribery, or any other reason.

Once the Training Department receives the recommendation, the officer will be contacted and asked to take a permit test; where they must successfully hold and resolve a training. If the officer feels that they are not ready to take the test, they have the right to decline.

If the Training Department feels that the officer does not meet the standards; he/she must re-earn the recommendation, this time by a different permitted officer. The Training Department will contact the officer after a minimum of two weeks, for the permit retake.

After two months from earning a permit, the Training Division will re-evaluate the officer.

If the Training Division feels that the officer lacks in ability and knowledge, the permit may be revoked; their process to re-earn the permit must be followed.

If the Training Division deems the officer able, the permit will be renewed for another two months.

If any member of The Robloxian Army feels that a permitted officer lacks in ability, knowledge, and or has failed to follow this guide; he/she may request for an immediate re-evaluation. However, the Training Division may revoke the request at any given time. It would be of great help if the request has evidence.

Failure to follow this guide, while holding a training, may result in a revoked permit, demotion of rank, and or any other punishment deemed suitable by the High-Command and the Training Department.

Anyone of the rank Colonel or higher and members of the Training Department reserve the authority to shut down any training, if the instructor(s) fails to follow this guide.

Please contact a member of the Training Department with any further questions.
