Section I

The Robloxian Army Developers (TRAD) is the official division which makes all technology required by The Robloxian Army. TRAD develops items such as forts, training facilities, models, scripts, graphic art, videos, and other products. TRAD is an exclusive division, striving for the best engineers, media specialists, and programmers of TRA.

For the Example of Works:

Architects/Engineers: Create a place showcasing your creations. It will be judged by your ability to build and how useful your skill is.

Programmers: Write a script that will benefit TRA in any form or mean. Entry on this is rather lax for now, but can fluctuate by demand

Media Specialists: Create an example of what you do, whether be video, advertisement, uniform, or a thumbnail.

Section III

// MEETINGS //
Meetings will be hosted when necessary, attempt to attend them. They will be held in-game and possibly over TRA’s TeamSpeak.

// ASSIGNMENTS //
When handed an assignment, you can either reject with proper reason or accept. If rejected, please give a proper reason why. For example, if you state that you cannot be online for the next few days and the work requested is needed before your return, then a proper reason is given. If accepted, then you will be requested to finish the assignment in proper time or by request, with request prevailing over proper time.

// REQUESTING WORK //
If you do not have any assignments, you may request for work to do. If works are not required, then you are free to idle or do what you wish. If an assignment is handed, see "Assignments" above.

// POSITIONS //
There are three classifications of developers, Architects/Engineers, Programmers, and Media Specialists. Their names should specify their role.

// CHAIN OF COMMAND //
The heads of the division are in charge of assigning projects to the developers and are expected to keep the group running.

// QUALITY CHECKS //
If needed, a quality check will be assigned to each member. Works must be submitted before the deadline, they will be reviewed shortly after. If the Heads of Development deems their quality not up to par, that member shall be removed from the group. That member, in this case, is welcome to join back, but must submit another example different from their last.
